Roslynn Williams is the Chief People Officer of Dun & Bradstreet and a trained executive coach. She played a key role in navigating the business data and analytics provider through extraordinary change when they were acquired by private equity and a year and a half later re-listed on the NY Stock Exchange in the middle of the pandemic.

Oliver Karius is CEO of LGT Venture Philanthropy, where he contributes to creating healthy ecosystems, building prosperous communities, and a regenerative economy. Currently, he is working with Pristine Seas, National Geographic, on safeguarding the future of essential ecosystems in the oceans.

Fran Millar is currently CEO of Belstaff, the iconic luxury apparel brand. Previously, she was the CEO of TEAM SKY and then INEOS Grenadiers, the UK-led cycling team that achieved the unthinkable by winning and dominating the Tour de France for many consecutive years.

Johann Huber is an engineer, who was named Swiss HSG entrepreneur of the year and co-founded Soma Analytics, a pioneering digital health monitoring system. After selling Soma, he now invests in technology-based companies and provides strategy consulting for high-growth ventures.

Laura Penhaul is a double world record holder, leading the first female coxless team to row 8500 miles across the Pacific Ocean from San Francisco, California, to Cairns, Australia. As a performance specialist, she led Mark Beaumont’s extreme expedition of circumnavigating the world by bicycle in 80 days and was the lead physiotherapist for the British Olympic and Paralympic team for over 15 years.

Penny Heaton, MD, has spent her life pushing the limits to combat tuberculosis, malaria, diarrheal diseases, and childhood diseases in the developing world. She was employee one and the CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute, where she assisted the world's rapid response to the COVID pandemic. Currently, she leads the global immunology team at Janssen.

Oliver Janik lives with multiple sclerosis and is used to facing huge challenges. As an executive in the communications industry, he was the COO of the advertising agency DDB and Chief Business Officer for Conde Nast. As a coach and consultant, he works with many C-Suite clients to help them find and achieve their full potential.

Reshema Kemps-Polanco is EVP and US Head of Novartis Oncology. Reshema is inspired by reimagining cancer care through therapies that improve survival and survivorship. She is a purpose-driven leader with a strong track record of redefining what is possible. She was recognized by Diversity Woman Magazine as a 2023 “Elite 100,” profiling women leaders who are transforming Corporate America.

Carsten Hellmann is well-known for executing huge strategic global company transformations and turnarounds. Having executed three in a row, he took the current role as President and CEO of ALK, a global leader in allergy, and he is redefining immunotherapy care for allergy patients. He serves as a board member of Coloplast, Copenhagen Capacity, and the Danish Chamber of Commerce.

Deb Bubb is a Co-Founder of the Institute for Moral Imagination, whose mission is to bring out the artist in everyone to help re-imagine the future for ourselves and the world. Deb has been one of the most innovative voices in HR, bringing humanness and empathy to organizations such as Intel and IBM. Most recently, she held the role of Chief People Officer at Optum.

Rob Lively was a senior leader in the United States Army Special Operations Command. During his 28-year career, he participated in and led many high stake operations. Since leaving the US Military in 2019, Rob founded and led a successful nonprofit, led a successful joint venture in the fitness industry, consulted on strategy and leadership for corporates, and impacted broadly as a professional speaker.

Sandrine Piret-Gerard is SVP at Gilead Sciences, where she has an impressive track record of bold projects that transform patients’ lives. Today she leads the commercialization of Gilead therapeutics in the US with a focus on breaking down barriers to ensure those who need therapies can receive them.

Dirk Maarten Molenaar is a managing director and senior partner at BCG, and a global leader in travel and tourism. His data-driven action-oriented approach helped navigate several clients in the airline industry through perhaps the most turbulent times in airline history, the COVID pandemic grounding. At BCG, time and time again Dirk-Maarten has demonstrated his high performance approach to tough challenges.

Barbara Levi is the Group General Counsel and a member of the Executive Board of UBS and is no stranger to bold projects. Currently, she is navigating through the acquisition of Credit Suisse, which will redefine the Swiss banking landscape. Previously, she served as Chief Legal Officer & External Affairs at Rio Tinto Group.

Dave Lennon is the CEO of Aadi Bioscience and a 20-year industry veteran driven to bring together diverse teams to address the most pressing challenges in medicine. At Aadi, he is pioneering next generation medicines targeting hard-to-treat cancers. Dave has previously led groundbreaking biotechs, Satellite Bio and AveXis, after spending much of his career with Novartis, working across diverse healthcare markets.

Kurt Ehmann was a professional baseball player and a top-draft choice by the San Francisco Giants. After a career-ending injury, Kurt tackled a new career and applied his passion and drive to coaching people on the many meanings of wealth. Today, he is the co-founder of CLG Wealth Management, where he helps executives and athletes build and sustain wealth for today and future generations.

Benedikt Schell is the CEO and President of Mercedes-Benz Bank and has held various C-level positions in the Financial Services and Automotive industry. He has deep expertise in complex stakeholder management, major turnarounds, and courageous long-term strategic thinking with a distinctive focus on customer centricity and digitization. Since the early 2000s, he has been active as a certified systemic coach focusing on personal and organizational change.

Ray Kelly is the founder and CEO of TERSA, a high-design health technology company pushing the boundaries of innovation for holistic health, recovery, and injury prevention. Ray is committed to identifying and solving complex issues around human performance and injury patterns and developing a more holistic integrated approach for recovery, looking at the multifaceted layers of the human body.

Tracy Smith is the head coach of the University of Michigan baseball team and was the NCAA national coach of the year. Tracy has spearheaded the Diamond Allegiance, a national partnership of elite-level youth organizations, to raise the quality of youth baseball coaching and to allow inner-city kids to participate in the best travel baseball programs in the country.

Jo Grindley is the CMO and COO for Britain’s America’s Cup sailing team, Ineos Britannia, and Emirates Sail GP GBR Team. She is passionate about using the power of sports and athletes’ voices to influence societal change. She leads the teams’ education charity 1851 Trust, inspiring young people to pursue STEM learning and to take action on climate change.
